Over the past few years, a slight gin craze has swept over Luxembourg. Lots of bars have started putting a large variety of well-known and obscure gins on their drinks menus that they pair with different tonics and aromatics. You can even find Luxembourg gins on bar shelves now. They are very good and definitely worth a try!

No need to use any fancy gin for this recipe though, as the strawberries will infuse the gin and give it a sweet , fruity note – a refreshing springtime G&T. Prost!
