Cette recette de muffin healthy sans gluten va sans doute vous plaire. Elle ne contient pas de sucre ajout\u00e9 et le m\u00e9lange farine de riz et farine de lupin combin\u00e9 ne fait pas monter l\u2019index glyc\u00e9mique global de la recette.<\/p>\n<p>Vous pouvez ajouter ou non des p\u00e9pites de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.affinite.fr\/index.php\/2025\/02\/27\/le-chocolat-et-le-materiel-indispensable-pour-reussir-vos-creations-gourmandes\/\">chocolat<\/a> \u00e0 vos <strong>muffins healthy sans gluten<\/strong>, surtout si c\u2019est pour les enfants, les muffins n\u2019en seront que plus gourmands. Et r\u00e9partissez la p\u00e2te dans vos moules. <\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"step\">Les petites caissettes en papier ne doivent pas \u00eatre remplies \u00e0 plus de \u00be du volume. <\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"step\">Enfournez entre 20 et 25 minutes selon les fours.
