Mon emporte-pi\u00e8ce mesure 14 cm, je trouve que c&rsquo;est la <b>taille parfaite<\/b> pour les manneles.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous n&rsquo;avez pas l&#8217;emporte-pi\u00e8ce, vous pouvez d\u00e9couper vos <b>bonhommes <\/b>avec un couteau (ce sera plus long). M\u00e9langez ensemble la levure et le lait <b>ti\u00e8de<\/b>. Laissez la levure se diluer pendant une dizaine de minutes.<\/p>\n<p>2. En attendant, versez la farine, le sucre, le sel et l&rsquo;oeuf dans la cuve de votre robot. P\u00e9trissez avec le crochet.<\/p>\n<p>3. Ajoutez le <b>beurre en morceaux, <\/b>petit \u00e0 petit, en laissant p\u00e9trir 1 minute environ entre chaque ajout.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><span class=\"instructions\"><br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<br \/>4. Ajoutez le m\u00e9lange lait \/ levure petit \u00e0 petit, en p\u00e9trissant bien entre chaque ajout. Continuez de p\u00e9trir pendant 10 \u00e0 15 minutes, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la p\u00e2te<b> se d\u00e9tache bien<\/b> de la paroi de la cuve.<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\" trbidi=\"on\">5. Couvrez et laissez pousser 1 h 30 pr\u00e8s d&rsquo;un chauffage. La p\u00e2te doit doubler de volume. Versez la p\u00e2te sur un plan de travail farin\u00e9.<br \/>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>7. Couvrez d&rsquo;un torchon propre et laissez pousser 1 heure \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante.<\/p>\n<p>10. Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C. Badigeonnez les bonhommes avec un <b>m\u00e9lange de jaune d&rsquo;oeuf et de lait<\/b>, et d\u00e9corez avec des petites de chocolat.
