En fait, c\u2019est tout b\u00eate. Il suffit de remplacer la cr\u00e8me liquide de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chefnini.com\/creme-caramel-a-la-fleur-de-sel\/\">recette de base<\/a> par du lait de coco. M\u00e9langez au fouet pendant 5 minutes, la pr\u00e9paration va \u00e9paissir.<\/p>\n<p>3- Ajoutez la noix de coco r\u00e2p\u00e9e et m\u00e9langez.<\/p>\n<p>4- Versez dans un moule en silicone de 20 cm de diam\u00e8tre.<\/p>\n<p>5- Faites pr\u00e9chauffer votre four \u00e0 190\u00b0C et enfournez pour 25 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>6- Laissez ti\u00e9dir avant de d\u00e9mouler.<\/p>\n<p>7- Pendant ce temps, faites chauffer le lait de coco \u00e0 feu moyen.<\/p>\n<p>8- Dans une autre casserole, faites fondre le sucre en caramel . Lorsque le caramel est ambr\u00e9, versez petit \u00e0 petit le lait de coco r\u00e9chauff\u00e9 en m\u00e9langeant sans cesse. Attention aux \u00e9claboussures.<\/p>\n<p>9- Remettez sur feu plut\u00f4t fort, laissez fr\u00e9mir quelques minutes tout en m\u00e9langeant. Testez la cuisson en d\u00e9posant une goutte sur une soucoupe froide.
