Ouvrez la gousse de vanille en deux. Avec la lame d&rsquo;un couteau, grattez les graines. Placez les graines et la gousse ouverte dans une casserole.<\/span>2. Ajoutez la cr\u00e8me liquide et le sucre en poudre. Portez \u00e0 <b>\u00e9bullition<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>\n<span class=\"instructions\">3. D\u00e8s l&rsquo;\u00e9bullition, retirez du feu. Laissez la vanille infuser hors du feu <b>pendant 30 minutes<\/b>. Si vous le souhaitez, vous pouvez laisser plus longtemps pour un go\u00fbt<b> plus intense<\/b> en vanille.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\n<span class=\"instructions\">4. Placez la <b>g\u00e9latine <\/b>dans un bol d&rsquo;eau froide.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\n<span class=\"instructions\">5. \u00d4tez la <b>gousse de vanille<\/b> de la cr\u00e8me. Refaites chauffer et retirez du feu d\u00e8s l&rsquo;\u00e9bullition.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\n<span class=\"instructions\">6. Hors du feu, ajoutez la g\u00e9latine essor\u00e9e.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">\n<span class=\"instructions\">7. Filtrez avec une &lt;span class=\u00a0\u00bblienamazon\u00a0\u00bb&gt;<a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3k9qzAY\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">passoire fine<\/a>&lt;\/span&gt; car des petits morceaux de cro\u00fbte ont pu se former pendant l&rsquo;infusion.<\/span><\/div>\n<p>\n<span class=\"instructions\">8. Placez la g\u00e9latine dans un bol d&rsquo;eau froide.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"instructions\">2. Mixez les <b>framboises<\/b>. Placez les<b> framboises mix\u00e9es<\/b> dans une casserole avec le sucre. Portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition et retirez imm\u00e9diatement du feu. Filtrez la pr\u00e9paration pour retirer les <b>grains de framboise<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>\n5. Sortez les verrines du cong\u00e9lateur et versez le coulis dedans sur environ 5 mm de hauteur.<\/p>\n<p>\n6. Replacez 30 minutes au cong\u00e9lateur.<\/p>\n<p>\n7. Versez la cr\u00e8me panna cotta <b>jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 1 cm du bord <\/b>de vos verrines (\u00e0 adapter selon la taille de vos verrines bien s\u00fbr !). Replacez 30 minutes au cong\u00e9lateur.<\/p>\n<p>\n8. Enfin, recouvrez avec le coulis de framboise sur une hauteur de 5 mm.
