Le r\u00e9sultat est ainsi plus onctueux qu\u2019un sorbet, plus gourmand aussi, mais moins calorique qu\u2019une cr\u00e8me glac\u00e9e. Un bon compromis finalement !<\/p>\n<p>On peut le faire avec n\u2019importe quel fruit. Faites cuire pendant 15 minutes, le temps que les abricots deviennent tendres.<\/p>\n<p>3- Mixez le tout avec le lait. Faites refroidir compl\u00e8tement.<\/p>\n<p>4- Faites prendre en sorbeti\u00e8re. Votre sherbet \u00e0 l\u2019abricot est pr\u00eat !
