Laissez reposer 10 minutes, le temps que la levure forme une mousse.<\/p>\n<p>3- Ajoutez ce m\u00e9lange aux farines et m\u00e9langez jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir une p\u00e2te homog\u00e8ne. La p\u00e2te form\u00e9e est liquide, ce n\u2019est pas comme une p\u00e2te \u00e0 pain.<\/p>\n<p>4- Placez un torchon sur le saladier et laissez pousser 1 \u00e0 2 heures.<\/p>\n<p>5- Pr\u00e9parez une plaque en y pla\u00e7ant une feuille de papier sulfuris\u00e9. Ajoutez 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile et versez la p\u00e2te par-dessus.<\/p>\n<p>6- \u00c9talez la p\u00e2te avec le dos d\u2019une cuill\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>7- R\u00e9alisez des trous dans la p\u00e2te avec un doigt humidifi\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>8- Arrosez de 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile d\u2019olive, de sel, de poivre et de romarin.<\/p>\n<p>9- Faites pr\u00e9chauffer votre four \u00e0 200\u00b0C enfournez pour 35-40 minutes.
