Comment ai-je pu attendre aussi longtemps avant de publier cette recette sur le blog ? Je me demande ! Les Mont\u00e9caos (ou <b>mantecados<\/b>) sont originaires d&rsquo;Andalousie, en Espagne, mais ils sont tr\u00e8s proches des biscuits maghr\u00e9bins appel\u00e9s <b>Ghribia <\/b>(ou <b>ghribiya<\/b>).<\/p>\n<p>A l&rsquo;origine, les mont\u00e9caos \u00e9taient pr\u00e9par\u00e9s avec du <b>saindoux <\/b>alors que les Ghribia contenaient du <b>beurre ou du beurre rance<\/b>. Aujourd&rsquo;hui, on utilise plut\u00f4t de<b> l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;arachide<\/b> dans les deux cas, d&rsquo;o\u00f9 la confusion entre ces deux p\u00e2tisseries.<\/p>\n<p>Par rapport \u00e0 la recette originale de ma grand-m\u00e8re, j&rsquo;ai <b>retir\u00e9 du sucre <\/b>car ils \u00e9taient vraiment tr\u00e8s sucr\u00e9s ! M\u00e9langez ensemble le sucre et la farine avec une maryse ou une cuill\u00e8re en bois.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"instruction\">3. Ajoutez l&rsquo;eau de fleur d&rsquo;oranger et l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;arachide.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"instruction\">Si vous n&rsquo;aimez pas la <b>fleur d&rsquo;oranger<\/b>, ce n&rsquo;est pas du tout obligatoire, les mont\u00e9caos sont d\u00e9licieux natures !<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"instruction\">Concernant <b>l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;arachide<\/b>, je vous conseille de ne pas tout mettre d&rsquo;un coup car vous aurez peut-\u00eatre besoin d&rsquo;un petit peu moins de quantit\u00e9. Cela d\u00e9pendra du taux d&rsquo;humidit\u00e9 de votre farine. Il est possible que vous ayez besoin d&rsquo;un petit plus. L&rsquo;important \u00e9tant de pouvoir<b> former une boul<\/b>e avec la p\u00e2te.<\/span><br \/><span class=\"instruction\"><br \/><\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"instruction\">Techniquement, on peut remplacer l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;arachide par n&rsquo;importe quelle autre huile.
