Je vous souhaite \u00e0 tous une tr\u00e8s belle ann\u00e9e 2020 !<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s tous les exc\u00e8s de ces derni\u00e8res semaines, j\u2019ai trouv\u00e9 appropri\u00e9 de vous proposer cette recette l\u00e9g\u00e8re et pleine de saveurs avec des champignons de Paris, des pousses d\u2019\u00e9pinard, un peu d\u2019\u00e9chalote et des tomates confites. Ajoutez ensuite les champignons. Salez, poivrez. Laissez cuire 5 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>4- Lorsque les champignons sont cuits, ajoutez les pousses d\u2019\u00e9pinard. Faites cuire sur feu doux, tranquillement.<\/p>\n<p>5- Pendant ce temps, faites cuire les gnocchis dans une grande casserole d\u2019eau sal\u00e9e, port\u00e9e \u00e0 \u00e9bullition.<\/p>\n<p>6- Lorsque les gnocchis sont cuits (lorsqu\u2019ils remontent \u00e0 la surface), \u00e9gouttez-les et ajoutez-les aux l\u00e9gumes. Terminez en ajoutant les p\u00e9tales de tomates confites coup\u00e9es en petits morceaux et les pignons de pin.
