J\u2019ai suivi la recette, en y apportant quelques ajustements personnels \u2014 et le r\u00e9sultat \u00e9tait tout simplement d\u00e9licieux !<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"425\" data-end=\"675\">Un g\u00e2teau <strong data-start=\"435\" data-end=\"447\">moelleux<\/strong>, l\u00e9g\u00e8rement parfum\u00e9 \u00e0 la cannelle, et qui se marie \u00e0 merveille avec une tasse de th\u00e9 bien chaud. Ajoutez l\u2019extrait de vanille, la cannelle et l\u2019huile. M\u00e9langez toujours au fouet.<\/p>\n<p>Incorporez la farine et la levure chimique puis les carottes et les noix une fois la farine bien m\u00e9lang\u00e9e. Vous obtenez une p\u00e2te homog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Cuire le g\u00e2teau<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Huilez un grand moule \u00e0 cake (ou 2 moyens) et placez du papier sulfuris\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Versez la p\u00e2te \u00e0 g\u00e2teau.<\/p>\n<p>Faites pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C et enfournez pour 1 h. Adaptez la cuisson \u00e0 la taille du moule utilis\u00e9. V\u00e9rifiez la cuisson avec la lame d\u2019un couteau.
