Les quantit\u00e9s d&rsquo;eau que je vous donne sont indicatives. Pour la premi\u00e8re (l&rsquo;eau froide), \u00e7a n&rsquo;a aucune importance. Quand vous obtenez une belle couleur caramel, ajoutez le jus de citron ou le vinaigre blanc (on ne sentira pas le go\u00fbt).
