Say hello to the \u00c9iner W\u00ebnzerwurscht \u2013 a smoky, paprika-spiced twist on the classic W\u00e4inzoossiss, inspired by both Luxembourg and Portugal.<\/p>\n

I created this special sausage together with butcher Lucien Saeul just for \u00c9iner W\u00ebnzerdag<\/a>, and I\u2019ll be cooking it live at the festival on 20 July 2025 in the heart of Ehnen.<\/p>\n

Come for the Cr\u00e9mant, the cobbled streets, the blessed barrel of Riesling (no joke), and a taste of my W\u00ebnzerwurscht Pasta \u2013 straight from the pan.
