Ces biscuits nous viennent d\u2019\u00c9cosse o\u00f9 ils sont une v\u00e9ritable institution. On les d\u00e9guste avec une tasse de th\u00e9, en les trempant \u00e0 l&#039;int\u00e9rieur (ou pas, c&#039;est comme on veut ;)).<\/p>\n<p>Les proportions sont faciles \u00e0 retenir : 1 portion de sucre, 2 portions de beurre et 3 portions de farine.
