Si on en met juste un peu, le caf\u00e9 rehausse le go\u00fbt du chocolat sans qu&rsquo;on le sente. Fouettez ensemble le beurre bien mou et le sucre. Ajoutez l&rsquo;extrait de caf\u00e9 et m\u00e9langez.<\/p>\n<p>2. Ajoutez les \u0153ufs un \u00e0 un, en m\u00e9langeant entre chaque ajout. Je vous conseille de ne pas garder vos \u0153ufs au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur car les \u0153ufs froids font grainer les pr\u00e9parations.<\/p>\n<p>3. Directement au dessus de la pr\u00e9paration, tamisez ensemble la farine, le cacao en poudre non sucr\u00e9, le bicarbonate et la levure. Le bicarbonate va apporter du moelleux \u00e0 votre cake.<\/p>\n<p>4. Ajoutez le caf\u00e9 et m\u00e9langez.<\/p>\n<p>5. Ajoutez ensuite le lait. Vous pouvez prendre du lait non ferment\u00e9 mais le lait ferment\u00e9 apporte beaucoup de moelleux aux g\u00e2teaux.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><span class=\"instruction\"> M\u00e9langez.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>6. Enfin, c&rsquo;est facultatif, mais les plus gourmands pourront ajouter des <b>p\u00e9pites de chocolat<\/b>.<\/p>\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\" trbidi=\"on\">7. Versez le tout dans un <span class=\"lienamazon\"><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3SuhpTx\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">moule \u00e0 cake 24 \u00e0 25 cm<\/a><\/span> beurr\u00e9 et farin\u00e9. Placez au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur le temps de pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 160\u00b0C. Le contraste chaud \/ froid va aider le cake \u00e0 bien monter.<\/p>\n<p>8. Enfournez 50 minutes. A la fin de la cuisson, plantez un couteau au centre du cake. La lame doit ressortir s\u00e8che.
