D\u2019ailleurs, j\u2019ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 propos\u00e9 un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chefnini.com\/pot-au-feu-confit-canard\/\">pot-au-feu avec du canard confit<\/a>. Mais connaissez-vous le pot-au-feu de poissons ? C\u2019est toujours aussi facile et toujours aussi bon.<\/p>\n<p>Vous pouvez varier les poissons en proposant des filets de colin, de cabillaud et de saumon en fonction de vos pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences. Vous pouvez \u00e9galement ajouter des rondelles de carottes (\u00e0 cuire en m\u00eame temps que les pommes de terre). \u00c0 la diff\u00e9rence d\u2019un pot-au-feu classique, on rajoute au moment de servir un peu de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche \u00e9paisse r\u00e9chauff\u00e9e. Coupez-les en morceaux.<\/p>\n<p>2- Lavez les poireaux et coupez-les en tron\u00e7ons.<\/p>\n<p>3- \u00c9pluchez et \u00e9mincez l\u2019oignon. \u00c9pluchez et hachez finement les gousses d\u2019ail. Faites chauffer un peu de mati\u00e8re grasse dans une cocotte et faites revenir les oignons et l\u2019ail 5 minutes. Puis ajoutez les pommes de terre.<\/p>\n<p>4- Versez le vin blanc et 1,5 l d\u2019eau. Ajoutez le fumet de poisson et le thym effeuill\u00e9. Salez et saupoudrez de poivre concass\u00e9. Portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition.<\/p>\n<p>5- Baissez le feu et couvrez. Laissez cuire 20 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>6- Au bout des 20 minutes, ajoutez les poireaux, poursuivez la cuisson 15 minutes toujours \u00e0 couvert avant d\u2019ajouter les filets de poisson et les crevettes.<\/p>\n<p>7- L<span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">aissez-les cuire pendant 10 minutes \u00e0 petits fr\u00e9missements.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>8- Faites chauffer sur feu doux la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche.
