Cela-dit, la verveine apporte un petit go\u00fbt suppl\u00e9mentaire vraiment sympa. J&rsquo;y ai ajout\u00e9 des <b>framboises <\/b>et j&rsquo;ai remplac\u00e9 les biscuits roses de Reims par des <b>biscuits cuill\u00e8re<\/b>. Lavez et \u00e9pluchez la rhubarbe. Coupez les tiges en b\u00e2tonnets de 5 cm environ.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>2. Dans une casserole, faites bouillir l&rsquo;eau, une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de sucre et la verveine pendant 5 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>3. Ajoutez la rhubarbe et laissez cuire 5 minutes suppl\u00e9mentaires. \u00c9gouttez et laissez refroidir sur une grille. Laissez le sirop refroidir compl\u00e8tement.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"instructions\">4. S\u00e9parez les blancs des jaunes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"instructions\">5. Fouettez les blancs en ajoutant petit \u00e0 petit la moiti\u00e9 du sucre. Fouettez jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir un bec d&rsquo;oiseau quand vous relevez votre fouet.<\/span> <\/p>\n<p><span class=\"instructions\">6. R\u00e9partissez la moiti\u00e9 de la cr\u00e8me pour tiramisu dans les ramequins.<\/p>\n<p>11. Ajoutez la moiti\u00e9 des tron\u00e7ons de rhubarbe et la moiti\u00e9 des framboises.<\/p>\n<p>12.
