Et oui, je teste plusieurs recettes d&rsquo;un g\u00e2teau qui n\u00e9cessite beaucoup de jaunes, mais peu de blancs ! C&rsquo;est donc l&rsquo;occasion ou jamais de pr\u00e9parer des <span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b><span class=\"fn\">rochers coco<\/span><\/b><\/span> (ou <b>Congolais<\/b>, comme on veut). C&rsquo;est ce <a href=\"http:\/\/www.affinite.fr\/index.php\/2023\/08\/24\/lart-de-la-glace-transforme-en-business-la-vision-unique-de-fabien-gris\/\">livre<\/a> qui m&rsquo;a permis de commencer \u00e0 apprendre la p\u00e2tisserie, et je le consulte toujours tr\u00e8s r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement.<br \/>\nC&rsquo;est simple, <b>s&rsquo;il ne devait y en avoir qu&rsquo;un, ce serait celui-ci<\/b> ! Pr\u00e9chauffez votre four \u00e0 220\u00b0C.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>2. M\u00e9langez ensemble tous les ingr\u00e9dients.<\/p>\n<p>3. <b>Christophe Felder<\/b> conseille de faire chauffer le tout au bain-marie pendant 10 mn. C&rsquo;est ce que je fais car cela permet de r\u00e9duire le temps de cuisson au four, et donc de <b>garder un c\u0153ur plus tendre<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>4. Formez des petites boules et fa\u00e7onnez chaque rocher coco comme vous le souhaitez.<\/p>\n<p>5.
