Autumn is here, so Luxlait’s egg nog is back in stock! While you can drink it straight from the bottle (or make my amazing egg nog cheesecake<\/a>, panna cotta<\/a> or petit beurre cake<\/a> with it), you can also pimp your drink a slight bit! For this recipe, I’ve added some warming pumpkin spice to the traditional egg nog. It will bring a real autumnal dimension to it. And, I’m also adding a cheeky dash of rum, to bring that little extra warmth. Topped off with some whipped cream and decorated with sprinkles and mini marshmallows, and there’s nothing between you and a very cozy autumn afternoon. (You might just want to skip dinner later, as this is like a meal in itself…)<\/p>\n
