Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>2. Dans un r\u00e9cipient, tamisez ensemble la farine, la levure, le bicarbonate et le sel.<\/p>\n<p>3. Dans un autre r\u00e9cipient, fouettez ensemble les jaunes d&rsquo;oeuf et le sucre en poudre avec un <span class=\"lienamazon\"><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3lcMyIg\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">fouet \u00e9lectrique<\/a><\/span> de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence. Ajoutez le <b>beurre Charentes-Poitou AOP<\/b> fondu et fouettez de nouveau jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il soit bien incorpor\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>4. Zestez les citrons avec une <span class=\"lienamazon\"><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3PVLQ0l\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">r\u00e2pe microplane<\/a><\/span> et ajoutez les zestes \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"instructions\">5. Pressez les citrons et incorporez le jus \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration, avec un fouet \u00e0 main.<\/span> <\/p>\n<p>6. Placez le sucre et les framboises dans une casserole.
