Faciles \u00e0 faire, on peut ensuite les garnir de ce qu\u2019on veut !<\/p>\n<p>Les pains sont cuits en demi-lune. Il est aussi possible de les r\u00e9aliser sous une forme plus classique pour faire des hamburgers. Il faudra rallonger la dur\u00e9e de cuisson.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est vraiment super sympa \u00e0 l\u2019ap\u00e9ritif ou pour un soir \u00e0 grignoter. Si la p\u00e2te manque de souplesse ou s\u2019amalgame mal, ajoutez un peu plus de lait. Couvrez le saladier et laissez pousser au moins 2 heures \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante. La p\u00e2te doit doubler de volume.<\/p>\n<p>3- Coupez la p\u00e2te en 12 parts et formez des boules entre vos mains.<\/p>\n<p>4- Aplatissez-les au rouleau pour obtenir un cercle d\u2019une dizaine de cm.<\/p>\n<p><img itemprop=\"image\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-37609\" data-src=\"https:\/\/static.chefnini.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/bao-buns8.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"730\" height=\"487\" srcset=\"https:\/\/static.chefnini.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/bao-buns8.jpg 730w, https:\/\/static.chefnini.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/bao-buns8-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/static.chefnini.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/bao-buns8-450x300.jpg 450w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 730px) 100vw, 730px\"\/><\/p>\n<p>5- Badigeonnez d\u2019un peu d\u2019huile et pliez en deux. Placez sur un morceau de papier sulfuris\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>6- Laissez de nouveau 1 heure \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante.<\/p>\n<p>7- Faites chauffer un cuit-vapeur. Placez les bao buns dans le cuit-vapeur (conservez bien le papier sulfuris\u00e9).
