Verdict : c&rsquo;est <b>d\u00e9licieux <\/b>! C&rsquo;est une p\u00e2tisserie pleine d&rsquo;\u00e9pices, avec des noix grill\u00e9es, de l&rsquo;orange, de la poudre d&rsquo;amande, et beaucoup de carottes bien s\u00fbr ! Pr\u00e9chauffez votre four \u00e0 160\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>2. M\u00e9langez ensemble le beurre mou, la <b>vergeoise<\/b>, les quatre-\u00e9pices, la cannelle et le sel. <\/p>\n<p><\/span><span class=\"instructions\"><br \/>3. Incorporez ensuite le zeste d&rsquo;orange, puis les \u0153ufs un \u00e0 un, en m\u00e9langeant entre chaque ajout. Pour zester l&rsquo;orange, j&rsquo;utilise une <span class=\"lienamazon\"><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3xhgDP0\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">r\u00e2pe microplane<\/a><\/span>, c&rsquo;est vraiment le top.<\/p>\n<p>4. Lavez et \u00e9pluchez les <b>carottes<\/b>. R\u00e2pez-les et ajoutez-les \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration. J&rsquo;utilise le robot de mon <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iletaitunefoislapatisserie.com\/2021\/11\/cooking-chef-experience-de-kenwood.html\">Cooking Chef Exp\u00e9rience<\/a> pour r\u00e2per mes carottes, c&rsquo;est fait en quelques secondes !<\/p>\n<p>5. Enfin, ajoutez la farine et la levure tamis\u00e9es.<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"instructions\"><br \/>7. Versez la pr\u00e9paration dans un moule beurr\u00e9 ou chemis\u00e9 de papier cuisson et enfournez pour 1 h 20. J&rsquo;ai utilis\u00e9 un <span class=\"lienamazon\"><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3xn3JyO\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">moule haut 18 cm<\/a><\/span>. Si vous utilisez un moule plus large, la cuisson sera plus rapide, donc v\u00e9rifiez en plantant de temps en temps la lame d&rsquo;un couteau au centre de votre g\u00e2teau. Fouettez la cr\u00e8me liquide sur vitesse lente, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elle soit bien <a href=\"http:\/\/www.affinite.fr\/index.php\/2022\/10\/22\/la-creme-glacee-la-nouvelle-culture-commerciale\/\">ferme<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>2. Ajoutez le Philadelphia et fouettez quelques secondes.<\/p>\n<p>3. Enfin, ajoutez le sucre et fouettez encore quelques secondes. Coupez le g\u00e2teau en deux et recouvrez le disque du dessous d&rsquo;<b>une couche de cr\u00e8me<\/b>. Refermez avec le second disque et enrobez tout le carrot cake de cr\u00e8me.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"instructions\"><br \/>5.
