Il s\u2019agit de faire cuire au four de la feta pr\u00e9alablement assaisonn\u00e9e. Pour \u00e7a, c\u2019est un peu selon ses go\u00fbts et ses envies. Je vous propose une version origan et piment d\u2019Espelette.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 la sortie du four, la feta est fondante et cr\u00e9meuse. Il y a plus qu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9taler sur du pain grill\u00e9. Un vrai bonheur.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le m\u00eame style, vous pouvez aussi r\u00e9aliser ce genre de recette avec la ricotta.
