La recette est facilement d\u00e9clinable selon les saisons. Je suis partie sur un mariage de tomates, feuilles de salade, moutarde (la mienne est parfum\u00e9e au piment, ce qui explique cette couleur orang\u00e9e), tranches de jambon et copeaux de Cantal Entre Deux.<\/p>\n<p>Et puis, il y a cet \u0153uf dans le chapeau du pain.
