J\u2019adore les courges, dans notre potager nous en mettons toujours beaucoup de sortes diff\u00e9rentes. Elles se conservent bien tout l\u2019hiver dans un endroit frais et sec, permettant ainsi de profiter plus longtemps de son potager.<\/p>\n<p>On peut bien s\u00fbr d\u00e9guster la <strong>courge musqu\u00e9e de Provence en soupe<\/strong>, c\u2019est le plus classique en hiver, mais quand revient le soleil, r\u00f4tie au four elle fera des merveilles. Coupez ensuite de gros cubes dans sa chair. R\u00e9servez dans un saladier.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"step\">Pr\u00e9parez la marinade. Pressez le jus du citron, ajoutez les gousses d\u2019ail press\u00e9 au presse ail. Pressez aussi le morceau de racine de gingembre. M\u00e9langez.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"step\">Ajoutez l\u2019huile de s\u00e9same toast\u00e9, le miel et le tamari. Salez et poivrez \u00e0 votre convenance. Pensez que le tamari est d\u00e9j\u00e0 sal\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"step\">Versez la marinade sur les cubes de courge musqu\u00e9e et m\u00e9langez. Laissez reposer 15 minutes le temps que votre four pr\u00e9chauffe \u00e0 180\u00b0C.<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"step\">Ensuite \u00e9gouttez et \u00e9talez la courge musqu\u00e9e sur une plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie ou dans un plat \u00e0 gratin.
