Ajoutez le <b>lait <\/b>et m\u00e9langez.<\/p>\n<p>4. Dans un autre r\u00e9cipient, fouettez les blancs en neige. Quand ils commencent \u00e0 devenir <b>mousseux<\/b>, ajoutez l&rsquo;autre moiti\u00e9 du sucre en poudre progressivement (je mets en 3 fois). M\u00e9langez jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir une meringue <a href=\"http:\/\/www.affinite.fr\/index.php\/2022\/10\/22\/la-creme-glacee-la-nouvelle-culture-commerciale\/\">ferme<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>6. Avec une <b>maryse<\/b>, incorporez une grosse cuill\u00e8re de meringue \u00e0 la premi\u00e8re pr\u00e9paration en m\u00e9langeant assez vivement, de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 <b>assouplir la p\u00e2te<\/b>.<br \/><span class=\"instructions\"><br \/>\n  <br \/>7. Ajoutez ensuite le reste de meringue <b>d\u00e9licatement<\/b>, toujours avec la maryse, mais cette fois en faisant attention de <b>ne pas casser les blancs<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>8. Remplissez le <span class=\"lienamazon\"><a href=\"https:\/\/moninstantgourmand.fr\/christelle-106319\/261769\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">moule \u00e0 barquettes<\/a><\/span> avec la pr\u00e9paration (ici le <span class=\"lienamazon\"><a href=\"http:\/\/eepurl.com\/hgoRZf\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">formulaire<\/a><\/span> pour le bon de &#8211; 5 \u20ac ). Laissez refroidir compl\u00e8tement, puis d\u00e9moulez.<br \/><\/span><br \/><span class=\"instructions\">12.
