Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C. Mixez <b>les noix en poudre<\/b>. Ce n&rsquo;est pas grave s&rsquo;il reste des <b>morceaux<\/b>, \u00e7a fera un peu de croustillant sous les dents !<\/p>\n<p>2. Placez les noix mix\u00e9es, le sucre, la farine et la levure dans un r\u00e9cipient. M\u00e9langez.<\/p>\n<p>3. Cette \u00e9tape est facultative, mais elle permet d&rsquo;obtenir un g\u00e2teau <b>plus l\u00e9ger.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>5. Attention, si vous n&rsquo;utilisez pas un moule en silicone, il faudra soit le chemiser de papier cuisson, soit beurrer et fariner.
