You find them at the markets in Nice and Cannes \u2013 vegetables such as tomatoes, peppers, courgettes and aubergines, stuffed with a bread and meat mixture. There are many different recipes, but normally they\u2019re always stuffed with meat. I\u2019ve decided to give my Petits Farcis a little twist and stuff them with tuna \u2013 a nod to the uniquitous salade Ni\u00e7oise.
