Pour la p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e, je vous renvoie \u00e0 cet article : <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iletaitunefoislapatisserie.com\/2015\/11\/pate-brisee-sucree-ou-salee.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e maison<\/a>.<\/span>Bien s\u00fbr, vous pouvez prendre une <b>p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e du commerce<\/b>, mais ce sera vraiment moins bon, vous \u00eates pr\u00e9venus !<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"instructions\"><br \/>\n2. Etalez la p\u00e2te sur une \u00e9paisseur de <b>4 mm environ<\/b>. D\u00e9taillez le fond de tarte en vous servant du cercle comme emporte-pi\u00e8ce et reformez une boule avec les chutes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>3. R\u00e9-\u00e9talez cette boule de p\u00e2te et d\u00e9coupez des bandes de la hauteur de votre cercle \u00e0 tarte. Disposez les bandes tout autour du cercle. Piquez avec une fourchette et placez 1 heure au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur. J&rsquo;utilise une <span class=\"lienamazon\"><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/33vB8YU\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">plaque de cuisson perfor\u00e9e<\/a><\/span>. Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 <b>190\u00b0C<\/b>. Dans un r\u00e9cipient, m\u00e9langez ensemble la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche, le sucre en poudre, les oeufs, le Calvados et la cannelle.
