Si vous avez besoin d&rsquo;une quantit\u00e9 diff\u00e9rente, il faudra faire une <b>r\u00e8gle de 3<\/b> avec les ingr\u00e9dients.<\/p>\n<p>Ici, je vous donne la recette avec du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iletaitunefoislapatisserie.com\/2019\/07\/beurre-de-cachuete-maison.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">beurre de cacahu\u00e8te maison.<\/a> Vous pouvez prendre du beurre de cacahu\u00e8te industriel si vous le souhaitez.<\/p>\n<p>Afin d&rsquo;\u00e9viter le sucre, je vous conseille d&rsquo;utiliser du <span class=\"lienamazon\"><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/30t7rqd\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">chocolat blanc Ivoire de chez Valhrona<\/a><\/span>. Il est <b>moins sucr\u00e9<\/b> que les chocolats blancs p\u00e2tissiers de supermarch\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Je profite de ce point \u00e9picerie pour vous parler de <b>jolies \u00e9tag\u00e8res<\/b> d\u00e9couvertes sur internet. Placez les cacahu\u00e8tes sur une plaque recouverte de papier cuisson. Placez les cacahu\u00e8tes encore chaudes dans un mixeur. Le fait qu&rsquo;elles soient chaudes aidera \u00e0 faire ressortir l&rsquo;huile.<\/p>\n<p>3. Mixez jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir une p\u00e2te. Dans une casserole, faites chauffer ensemble 20 cl de cr\u00e8me liquide et le <b>beurre de cacahu\u00e8te<\/b> pr\u00e9par\u00e9 pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment.<\/p>\n<p>6. Versez le tout sur le <a href=\"http:\/\/www.affinite.fr\/index.php\/2025\/02\/27\/le-chocolat-et-le-materiel-indispensable-pour-reussir-vos-creations-gourmandes\/\">chocolat<\/a> blanc. Mixez avec un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iletaitunefoislapatisserie.com\/2016\/12\/choisir-un-mixeur-plongeant-avis-comparatif.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">mixeur plongeant<\/a> afin d&rsquo;obtenir un <b>m\u00e9lange homog\u00e8ne<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>9. Filmez<br \/>\n au contact, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire en collant le film alimentaire \u00e0 la<br \/>\npr\u00e9paration, pour \u00e9viter qu&rsquo;une cro\u00fbte ne se forme. Attention, il faut la surveiller comme le lait sur le feu <b>pour qu&rsquo;elle ne graine pas<\/b> !
