J&rsquo;ai choisi ici la <b>seconde m\u00e9thode<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>Pour cela, fouettez \u00e0 <b>forte vitesse<\/b> pendant 5 minutes, puis \u00e0 <b>vitesse moyenne<\/b> pendant 15 minutes. Incorporez-la tr\u00e8s <b>d\u00e9licatement <\/b>avec une maryse. Si on ne fait pas \u00e7a, on risque de casser le biscuit en le roulant.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\"><span class=\"instructions\">Cr\u00e8me chantilly mascarpone<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Fouettez la cr\u00e8me liquide bien froide, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elle \u00e9paississe.<\/p>\n<p>Ajoutez le mascarpone et fouettez encore quelques secondes, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir une cr\u00e8me bien ferme. Enfin, ajoutez le sucre en poudre et m\u00e9langez bri\u00e8vement.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\">Sirop<\/h3>\n<p>Faites bouillir ensemble le sucre, l&rsquo;eau et la vanille en poudre. laissez bouillir une minute et retirez du feu. R\u00e9servez.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\">Montage<\/h3>\n<p>D\u00e9roulez le g\u00e2teau. A l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un pinceau de cuisine, imbibez-le <b>l\u00e9g\u00e8rement <\/b>de sirop.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9talez la <b>cr\u00e8me chantilly<\/b> dessus \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une spatule.<\/p>\n<p>Lavez et \u00e9queutez environ 200 g de fraises. Coupez-les en petits morceaux. R\u00e9partissez les morceaux sur la cr\u00e8me. Attention, ne mettez pas des morceaux de fraises trop gros car le g\u00e2teau sera difficile \u00e0 rouler. Coupez les deux extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s car elles ne sont en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral pas jolies.<\/p>\n<p>Saupoudrez le dessus du g\u00e2teau de sucre glace.
