J&rsquo;ai diminu\u00e9 un peu les quantit\u00e9s car 50 biscuits \u00e7a faisait beaucoup et c&rsquo;\u00e9tait assez long \u00e0 faire. Il faudra juste un peu de <b>patience <\/b>pour d\u00e9couper les formes avec l&#8217;emporte-pi\u00e8ce. Placez les biscuits sur une plaque recouverte de papier cuisson ou de <span class=\"lienamazon\"><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/2yqTC0b\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">silpat<\/a><\/span>. Enfournez pour 12 \u00e0 15 mn (12 mn pour moi, c&rsquo;\u00e9tait parfait). Laissez-les refroidir sur une grille.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"instruction\"><br \/>8. Pendant que les biscuits cuisent, reformez une boule avec les chutes de p\u00e2te et r\u00e9-\u00e9talez sur 3 mm.
