Il vous faudra pour r\u00e9aliser cette recette acheter de la p\u00e2te de sp\u00e9culoos (malheur \u00e0 vous si vous mettez le nez dedans, c\u2019est trop irr\u00e9sistible !). Fouettez les jaunes avec la p\u00e2te de sp\u00e9culoos puis ajoutez petit \u00e0 petit le chocolat fondu.<\/p>\n<p>3- Montez les blancs en neige et incorporez-les aux jaunes.<\/p>\n<p>4- Montez la cr\u00e8me fleurette bien froide en cr\u00e8me fouett\u00e9e bien <a href=\"http:\/\/www.affinite.fr\/index.php\/2022\/10\/22\/la-creme-glacee-la-nouvelle-culture-commerciale\/\">ferme<\/a> au batteur \u00e9lectrique.<\/p>\n<p>5- Incorporez-la \u00e0 la mousse au chocolat, d\u00e9licatement avec une spatule.<\/p>\n<p>6- Versez sur les g\u00e2teaux.<\/p>\n<p>7- Placez au cong\u00e9lateur pour 2 heures (cela facilitera le d\u00e9moulage)<\/p>\n<p>8- Lorsque la mousse est congel\u00e9e, d\u00e9moulez les g\u00e2teaux.<\/p>\n<h3>La chantilly sp\u00e9culoos<\/h3>\n<p>1- Montez la cr\u00e8me fleurette bien froide avec la p\u00e2te de sp\u00e9culoos en cr\u00e8me fouett\u00e9e bien ferme au batteur \u00e9lectrique.<\/p>\n<p>2- Versez dans une poche \u00e0 douille et dressez des petits d\u00f4mes sur la mousse chocolat.<\/p>\n<p>3- Terminez en ajoutant un peu de sp\u00e9culoos r\u00e9duit en poudre.
