Un pur d\u00e9lice qu&rsquo;on a d\u00e9vor\u00e9 chez moi en un rien de temps (et oui, ici on a d\u00e9j\u00e0 f\u00eat\u00e9 la Saint Valentin ;)) ! Pour changer, j&rsquo;ai voulu tester avec de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iletaitunefoislapatisserie.com\/2013\/11\/la-pate-feuilletee.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e<\/a> et c&rsquo;\u00e9tait super bon aussi. Si vous la terminez avant, laissez-la <b>au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur<\/b> dans sa poche \u00e0 douille.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">\nCr\u00e8me diplomate rose framboise<\/h3>\n<p>1. Placez la g\u00e9latine dans un bol d&rsquo;eau froide.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"instructions\">2. Dans un r\u00e9cipient, fouettez ensemble les jaunes et le sucre jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le<br \/>\n m\u00e9lange blanchisse. Ajoutez l&rsquo;eau de rose.<\/span><br \/><span class=\"instructions\"><br \/>\n<br \/>4. Placez le tout dans une casserole.<\/span><br \/><span class=\"instructions\"><br \/>\n<br \/>Laissez cuire \u00e0 feu moyen quelques minutes jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange<br \/>\n\u00e9paississe. Attention, pas trop longtemps car la cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re<br \/>\n<b>continue d&rsquo;\u00e9paissir ensuite hors du feu<\/b> en refroidissant. Je compte quelques secondes apr\u00e8s la premi\u00e8re \u00e9bullition.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"instructions\">5. Hors du feu, ajoutez imm\u00e9diatement la <b>g\u00e9latine essor\u00e9e<\/b>. M\u00e9langez afin de la faire fondre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"instructions\">6. M\u00e9langez. L\u00e0, j&rsquo;ai obtenu une couleur tr\u00e8s moche, une sorte de marron. J&rsquo;ai donc ajout\u00e9 une pointe de <span class=\"lienamazon\"><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/2RCMtAD\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">colorant rose framboise<\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>8. Filmez au <b>contact <\/b>(c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire en collant le film alimentaire \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration), pour \u00e9viter qu&rsquo;une croute ne se forme. En attendant, fouettez la cr\u00e8me liquide <b>bien froide<\/b>, en augmentant la vitesse progressivement, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir une cr\u00e8me <a href=\"http:\/\/www.affinite.fr\/index.php\/2022\/10\/22\/la-creme-glacee-la-nouvelle-culture-commerciale\/\">ferme<\/a> et qui tient toute seule sur le fouet.<\/p>\n<p>10. Placez le tout au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">\nP\u00e2te feuill\u00e9t\u00e9e<\/h3>\n<p>1. Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>2. R\u00e9cup\u00e9rez la <b>p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e<\/b> et \u00e9talez-la sur 5 mm environ (vous pouvez faire plus fin si vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez, j&rsquo;ai fait gourmand !).<\/p>\n<p>3. D\u00e9coupez <b>2 coeurs identiques<\/b>. Placez les coeurs sur une plaque recouverte de papier cuisson. Saupoudrez l\u00e9g\u00e8rement de sucre en poudre.
