Le secret, c\u2019est pas de faire compliqu\u00e9 : <b>on choisit de bons fromages.\u00a0<\/b>Ici, je pars sur un trio ultra gourmand : <strong data-start=\"533\" data-end=\"564\">comt\u00e9 + beaufort + emmental<\/strong>. R\u00e9sultat : une fondue parfum\u00e9e, cr\u00e9meuse, et qui file juste comme il faut. petits d\u00e9s ou r\u00e2pez-les.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"254\" data-end=\"282\">Frottez le caquelon<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"283\" data-end=\"450\">1- Coupez la gousse d\u2019ail en deux, puis frottez soigneusement l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du caquelon.<br data-start=\"366\" data-end=\"369\"\/>2- Vous pouvez laisser l\u2019ail dans le caquelon si vous aimez une fondue plus marqu\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"452\" data-end=\"483\">Faites chauffer le vin<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"484\" data-end=\"626\">1- Versez <strong data-start=\"491\" data-end=\"500\">15 cl<\/strong> de vin blanc dans le caquelon et faites chauffer \u00e0 feu moyen : le vin doit \u00eatre chaud, \u00e0 peine fr\u00e9missant, <strong data-start=\"608\" data-end=\"625\">sans bouillir<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"628\" data-end=\"673\">Ajoutez les fromages progressivement<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"674\" data-end=\"928\">1- Baissez l\u00e9g\u00e8rement le feu, puis ajoutez les fromages <strong data-start=\"727\" data-end=\"764\">petite poign\u00e9e par petite poign\u00e9e<\/strong>, en m\u00e9langeant en continu (id\u00e9alement avec une spatule en bois, en faisant des mouvements en \u201c8\u201d).<br data-start=\"863\" data-end=\"866\"\/>2- Prenez votre temps : c\u2019est ce qui donne une fondue bien lisse.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"930\" data-end=\"972\">Ajoutez la f\u00e9cule<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"973\" data-end=\"1214\">1- Dans un petit verre, m\u00e9langez la f\u00e9cule avec les <strong data-start=\"1022\" data-end=\"1030\">5 cl<\/strong> de vin blanc restants (\u00e0 froid).<br data-start=\"1063\" data-end=\"1066\"\/>2- Quand la fondue est presque homog\u00e8ne, versez ce m\u00e9lange dans le caquelon puis m\u00e9langez\u00a0: la fondue devient plus li\u00e9e et plus stable.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1216\" data-end=\"1236\">Assaisonnez<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1237\" data-end=\"1388\">3- Ajoutez un peu de muscade, et \u00e9ventuellement du poivre. Go\u00fbtez et ajustez.
