C&rsquo;est une recette <b>super facile et rapide<\/b>, avec du <b>lait concentr\u00e9<\/b> et de la <b>noix de coco r\u00e2p\u00e9e<\/b>. A une \u00e9poque, c&rsquo;\u00e9tait un peu sa <b>sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 <\/b>! Je ne la croyais d&rsquo;ailleurs pas quand elle disait que la recette \u00e9tait <b>super facile<\/b>, tellement je trouvais ce flan d\u00e9licieux. On peut aussi les mettre dans un r\u00e9cipient et mixer au <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iletaitunefoislapatisserie.com\/2016\/12\/choisir-un-mixeur-plongeant-avis-comparatif.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">mixeur plongeant<\/a>. Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 160\u00b0C<\/p>\n<p>2. Placez les oeufs entiers, le lait concentr\u00e9 et le lait dans un r\u00e9cipient ou dans votre blender. Mixez avec un mixeur plongeant (ou au blender).<\/p>\n<p>3. Enfournez 40 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>7. A la fin de la cuisson, plantez la lame d&rsquo;un couteau au centre du flan \u00e0 la noix de coco. Elle doit <b>ressortir s\u00e8che<\/b>. Si ce n&rsquo;est pas le cas, r\u00e9-enfournez jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que ce soit bon, en v\u00e9rifiant toutes les 5 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>8. Laissez le flan refroidir, puis placez-le <b>au minimum 2 heures<\/b> au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur avant de d\u00e9mouler.
