On ne le sait pas forc\u00e9ment, mais la glace vanille, c&rsquo;est en fait une cr\u00e8me anglaise que l&rsquo;on fait surgeler.<br \/>\nCe n&rsquo;est donc pas compliqu\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser.
