Marmorkuch<\/em> is one of those cakes that every Luxembourger must have grown up with! I vividly remember eating it during my childhood at most play-dates with my friends. We would come back home from building huts, riding our rollerblades or causing general mischief and find a Marmorkuch<\/em> waiting for us in the kitchen (be it at mine or theirs \u2013 everyone used to make marble cake back in the day).<\/p>\n

This specific Marmorkuch is not as dry as the classic version. In fact, it is super buttery with a crispy crust around – just the way I like it!<\/p>\n
